Katie is an Intuitive Craniosacral Therapist with over 20 years of experience.
She believes that health and wholeness is our true essence and is maximized
by releasing, realigning, reenergizing , not only our bodies, but our hearts
and minds. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, light touch technique developed
by an Osteopathic surgeon, in the late 1960’s, to alleviate a wide range
of problems such as:
- Headaches, migraines, sinus problems
- Jaw Pain/TMJ, shoulder, neck and back pain, sciatica
- Falls, injuries, whiplash
- Panic Attacks, overwhelm, depression
- Postural Strain
Katie’s sessions are deeply relaxing and powerfully effective as she uses
both a thorough analysis and intuition to help you uncover the source of
why your body is reacting the way it is. Past injuries, repetitive motion,
work postures, and stressful life situations, are all factors she addresses
to bring your body and mind back to “healthy thoughts”, balanced energy,
proper movement/function and physical comfort.
Some clients feel Katie’s innate spiritual ability, to align, clear, and
reenergize the body’s natural energy system is her greatest gift, whereas
other clients appreciate her unique way of aligning the physical body.
Through experience, Katie has found having 1 session a week for 4 weeks
is a powerful and effective way to move back into health. Each clients
is then reassessed.
Note: Craniosacral/Massage Therapy fees are covered under most
Health Insurance plans.
